We All Have To Do the Dishes -- in Business and in Life

The world would be a lot easier if everyone got this through their heads.  In any gig, whatever it is, there is going to be the nasty stuff that has to get done.  Sometimes, it's literal dishes; sometimes it's something entirely not.  Every situation has a group of people aware of what the "dishes" are for their particular environs, but if everyone doesn't take a turn, it won't get done.

Or if they do get done by fewer than everyone, it will be done with gradually more and more resentment over time.
